When showcasing your venue to potential wedding clients, it is essential to make a great first impression,  as well as a lasting one – this will help put your best foot forward when selling your property..

  1. Highlight your unique features and selling points!

  2. Make it personable; get to know your couples. What are they looking for in a venue, what is important to them?

  3. Create a welcoming atmosphere; small things like showing off a clean & tidy venue, doors open, lights on, music playing can all make a huge impact in a client decision

  4. Where possible, showcase your venue with a mock setup which really helps a couple visualise their special day with you.

  5. Be prepared for the questions! Couples naturally have lots of questions, having an understanding of what can and cannot be done – or advising we will come back to them if you are unsure, goes along way in giving the couples confidence that they are in great hands for their day!
